It’s not easy living with a reactive dog. It’s stressful for you both, often you don’t know why it’s happening or how to cope with it. People make judgments about you and your dog, adding to how you feel and you’re feeling bad enough, right? Walks aren’t what you thought they would be and you’re avoiding places, people, dogs and it’s not a happy state of affairs.
I know how it feels to have a reactive dog. How incredibly stressful it can be and how you sometimes feel like you’re the only one having these problems!
When one of my dogs witnessed a violent attack, he developed a fear of strange men. At the time, I didn’t even realise that he had been affected, but gradually his behaviour changed for the worse.
I knew that I had to help him to make life better for both of us. I made a plan, reached out to trainers and behaviourists and studied everything I could get my hands on, and with success!
Like the saying goes “it takes a village to raise a child”, it also takes a team to help a dog with behavioural issues. It takes a lot of hard work and dedication, even for us professionals. My team helped me and now I am ready to help you!
If you’re reading this, you’re more than likely living with a dog with behavioural problems and looking for help.
You’ve come to the right place. I can help you!
