Payment & Booking

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking.

  • Bookings without payment will not be processed.

  • If you have difficulty paying, email: [email protected].

Cancellations & Refunds

Puppy Start Right & Training/Behaviour Programmes:

  • Cancel 7+ days before the start = refund minus £5 admin fee.

  • Cancel under 7 days = no refund.

  • If you have already started a programme and wish to cancel, no refund will be issued.

  • Cancellations must be emailed to [email protected].

  • One free reschedule is allowed per programme.

  • Further changes require a new booking and payment.

  • If we arrive for your booked appointment and you are not available (or cancel at the door), no refund will be issued and a new booking will be required.

Trainer Illness / Emergency / Weather:

  • If your trainer cannot attend, a new date will be offered.

  • This is not classed as a cancellation.

  • If you decline the alternative date, no refund will be given.

Force Majeure

  • Severe weather or other unexpected events may affect sessions.

  • If an in-person session cannot be held, we may offer it remotely via video link.

Dog Requirements

  • Dogs must be microchipped and wear a collar or harness with ID.

  • Inform us of any behaviour changes before your session.

  • Dogs must be healthy, vaccinated, and flea & worm treated.

  • Let us know if your dog is unwell or recovering from surgery.

  • Dogs in season may need an adjusted training set-up.

Photos & Media

  • We may take photos/videos for training and marketing.

  • Let us know before your first session if you don’t wish to be included.

  • We do not share images with third parties.
