The following Terms & Conditions governs Awesome Paws Academy classes, including related services, forums, comments, profiles etc.

Payment
Booking a class includes payment for the full course. Bookings without a completed payment are not processed. If you have difficulties paying, please contact [email protected], and we will send you the Paypal address. Your booking will be processed as soon as we confirm receipt of the money.
Cancellation
If you cancel or reschedule your enrollment at least seven calendar days before the scheduled start date, you are eligible for a refund. A £5 administration fee will be withheld to administer the cancellation.
If you cancel later than seven calendar days before the scheduled start date or do not show up for the class, you will not receive a refund. Cancellations must be notified in writing to [email protected].
Insufficient demand: We reserve the right to cancel a course if there is insufficient demand, as determined by us in our sole and absolute discretion. In this case, you will be offered a replacement service or receive a full refund.
Missing a Class
Awesome Paws Academy develops complete courses of learning, and by booking and paying for a class, you commit to the full course for the number of weeks specified. The dates and times of the classes are published in advance. If you miss a class or cannot make it, there is no option to catch up on a class, and it is unable to transfer between classes.
1-1 Behaviour Assessments
For scheduled 1-1 behaviour assessments, cancellations made with less than 7 days' notice will not be eligible for a refund. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and if you have an emergency requiring rescheduling, we kindly ask that you inform us as soon as possible. In the event that, on the day of the scheduled appointment, we are unable to proceed due to illness, emergency, or adverse weather conditions, an alternative date will be promptly offered for rescheduling. It's important to note that this is not considered a cancellation. If, for any reason, you choose not to accept the alternative date provided, no refund will be issued, as a suitable alternative has been offered. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in these matters.
Force Majeure
Services may be affected by severe weather temperatures or other reasons considered force majeure. You will be informed as soon as is possible of any class changes. If we cannot reschedule the class, they will be held remotely, and you will be sent a link. We only use this service if necessary.
Equipment
All equipment on location is the property of Awesome Paws Academy and is used for the classes.
All students must bring their own dog treats to the classes, and the dog must be in a harness and collar and lead with identification on them.
Sickness and other medical issues
Owners must notify Awesome Paws Academy if a dog becomes unwell or displays symptoms such as sickness, diarrhoea, lethargy, conjunctivitis or any issues with any part of their body such as a limp or unusual stiffness.
Owners must notify Awesome Paws Academy when a bitch is coming into season so that we can adjust the class set-up.
Postoperative dogs must have vet permission to rejoin classes, and it is the owner’s responsibility to follow veterinary advice and inform us of any changes needed. We will not be held responsible for following the advice of the owners should any complications arise.
You agree to inform Awesome Paws Academy of any medical treatment your dog has received. You understand it is your responsibility to make sure your dog is vaccinated, flea treated and wormed regularly.
If we do not feel your dog is well, we will ask you to take your dog home or to the vets and only allow you to rejoin class if the illness has completely passed or the vet permits your dog to continue training.
Dog Safety
We must be informed of any changes in behaviour to decide if the class setting is still suitable for your dog.
Your dog must be microchipped and wearing a collar or harness with an ID tag with the owner’s last name, address, and phone number.
Media & Advertising
Pictures and videos will be taken of the dogs during their training, and these may be used for advertising purposes. By agreeing to these terms & conditions, you release Awesome Paws Academy from all claims and liability relating to images, video or photographs taken of you or your dog. If you do not want your dog or yourself in any media shots, please notify the trainer before the start of your first class.
Awesome Paws Academy will not sell or transfer images or videos of you or your dog with third parties.
